In the paved courtyard of Panormos Beach we serve a buffet style breakfast with local and other delicacies that include fresh bread from the local bakery of the village of Glossa, fruit and vegetables from our big garden while there are times, depending on the season, when the guests themselves pick the fruit from the trees and peel them.
We also prefer the Greek strained yoghurt that foreign guests love. The eggs are from the local market of Skopelos while our guests will find at regular intervals, but not always, the famous cheese pie of Skopelos.
The honey is from our friend, the much awarded producer Stamatiou, who has made the honey of the island famous in Europe.
However, our greatest asset is our marmalades, which we make with fruit from the garden such as oranges, grape fruit and plum. Finally, the olives of the island are an integral part of our breakfast.
